You’ll have to talk to them to cross it.

Ice, stone, and wind shape the land.
Mammoths roam. Ravens follow your trail.
And deep in the mountain, something guards the cave.

EXPLORE
Possess the crow. Scout what lies ahead.
Follow your fox. Read the land.

GATHER
Collect ochre, bone, charcoal, animal fat.
Everything you need to survive and practice your art.
Take only what you need. The land is watching.

CRAFT
Make tools.
Prepare your painting kit.
Keep the fire alive.

Paint
Enter the cave.
Choose your glyph.
Sweep the wall with your hand,
until the painting emerges from the stone.

SPEAK
Play the flute. Call the spirits.
Negotiate with what guards the sacred places.
The valley is listening.
